Take it one step at a time using a spare gas tank (mower, tractor, small engine) and a chunk of fuel line of the correct diameter.

Paul, I like it, especially the angle iron seat to hold the pipe.
Only thing I wonder about is the depth of cut - I assume you are eyeballing it and adjusting as the blade wears.Or maybe you have a gauge block that you cut down until you hit?
When I rough cope pipe, I cut the sides...

trouble finding where to buy bobcat service manual
Fuel line crack
Fuel pump issue
Carb float or jets.
Try gravity feeding it fuel by using a small tank held above the carb. Problem gone then check the fuel lines and pump.
Problem still there then it's...

Big problem here is that the safety chains attach to the same bracket. So when the welds let go, the whole trailer comes loose. Only thing holding it together is the wiring for the lights.
I think this warrants a recall or a mandatory inspection. I'd be suggesting the owner report it...

Brad - my Maxstar 150 STL does the same thing regularly. I have had it with 7018 and with 6011. When I have a misstrike or sometimes when I stick the rod, the blue indicator will start to flash continuously. The only solution seems to be to power down the machine long enough to reset it, then start...

Are you building the ladders in bulk in a shop, or is this an on site job? Are you building on a bench, on the floor, from scaffold or from a ladder?
How many ladders? All the same (jigging) or each one custom fit?
Are you a one man show or a business? Who's cutting, fitting,...

There are a number of "puzzles" out there that are essentially bent rod and sometimes a piece of string. The kind of thing someone might leave on their desk or counter for visitors to puzzle over. Twist them the right way and they come apart, but they can be a real headscratcher otherwise....

I'd make a tree to hold them and padlock the center of the tree. Couple padlocks to hold each one in. If this is not secure enough, can add a front / back circle as well.

For my 220V to 20amp 110V adapter, I obtained a female socket that will accept the 110V 20amp plug, but NOT a standard 15amp 110V plug. As there is only 1 piece of equipment at the house with a 20amp plug, I don't have to worry about the kids smoking something else. But to be safe - I labelled it, connected...

Others - there is an error in the numbers above. 0.416 should read 0.270. As I keep telling the kids - check your work!!!

I needed about 20 rings for a project. Did the same thing the manual way. Clamped a piece of pipe in the vise, tucked the end of 10' 1/4" round bar in a slot, and walked around and around till I had enough turns. Other than the end of the stock hitting everything in the shop, was simple enough....

Check the O-Ring where the gun connects to the machine. Sounds like the gun hose is not inserted all the way, is not locked in place, or the O-Ring is damaged.
When you pull / twist the hose a certain direction, the gas escapes at the connection. If everything is straight - it works fine....

Check the selector switches. Probably corrosion on the contacts giving intermittant connection. Switch from AC to DC and back several (dozen) times, move the rheostat from one side to the other several times, turn the voltages up and down several times.
You can also spray the contacts...
