a question for the experts
I wish to tig up the rear scope mount holes (missaligned) in a Mauser rifle action. I have been told this will not affect the rest of the actions heat treatment as its the rear holes I',m tiging. My question relates to the filler rod. Would a standard mild steel filler rod be ok or should i use something...

My question would have to be
do you guys not have some form of vehicle inspections you have to pass before something like that is allowed on to public roads. We have vehicle warrent of fitness tests every 6 months on all vehicles.

Finally managed to shrink photos small enough to upload to site. First one is one of my mini bikes, the other is the first project I ever built about 20 years ago and still cuts straight....

started night class intro to
tig last night. Using Miller syncrowave 350 machines. Didn,t know they had miller gear down here in the south pacific. Nice stuff, had lots of fun. Only about second time I'd used tig. I've 20 years experience with mig and stick. looking forward to the next few weeks of classes.

this would be trailer number 5. I work as a maintenace engineer for a theme park, (20yrs) I also build go karts (for work) and mini bikes (for fun) I use a unimig 250. After all these years I'm finaly going to do some training for tig.
