I would say my skill level is 7 or 8 out of 10 on both the MIG & TIG. I just have never done any sort of body work. I mainly do exhaust, turbo fabrication, engine mounts, roll cages, etc. I guess I would not want either the MIG or TIG bead seen. I would grind and smooth both to look like factory...

Just wondering what would be easier to use or better?
I am cutting the front radiator support off a vehicle. It is a typical upper radiator core support that is hollow in the center. I would like to cut the factory piece out, close (box) the ends shut and put a stainless steel bar across...

That is a great machine, just switch to pure Argon and you shouldn't have a problem. C25 is only for MIG

Honestly I don't think you could go wrong with any machine of those. The 180SD is a nice basic machine and is value priced. I personally own a Dynasty 200dx and I love it. I purchased it because of the pulser, size and high adjustability. The 250DX is also a great machine, has alot of power, but...

you mentioned blower life, is this paxton self contained or oiled off the engine. If it is self contained paxton used to sell an oil pump that replaced the stock dip stick/plug and it included a small oil cooler like a tranny oil cooler to keep the blower oil temp down. If the blower is oiled off...
