Hi Guys,
Havent been on here for a while so i'll post the pics of my latest project. A 140cc shifter kart. I started with 1 1/4" Steel Tubing with .120 wall thickness and bent it up using a cheap Princess Auto bender (actually designed for pipe) but i used a grinder on the die and it worked...

Go for a 2 stroke... that way you will get higher revs and a better powerband!

125cc is going to be nuts! Never mind anything above that!!! Seriously, on my old cart, it had an 80cc dirtbike engine bored out slightly... i dont know the details but it was scary!!! With six gears and a powerband in each, you can break the tires loose in 3rd gear going quick already!
