Mr Swartz,
As a Comp racer in Division 1, I'd like to thank you for supporting the class and sportsman racers in general. And, as I'm sure you'd like to know, I carry a Dynasty 200DX with me to the races. I've done several trackside repairs for other racers with it and I'm extremely...

It wouldn't really matter who's in the Ford right now, they've got no power so they'd still be sitting on Sunday. I agree, the Mustang does make a cool looking racecar too.

Decent prices and believe me, you will NOT be disappointed with the dx if you know how to use it. I bought one 2 yrs ago and it has paid for itself and then some already, and I don't do alot of work.

How about a ferry trip to the Statue of Liberty and also Ellis Island, tons of history there if you're into it.

321 to 316 Stainless
Hi. I'm getting ready to do a small job with some 321 stainless tube(probably .030-.040) to 316 flanges. I will be using my dynasty 200dx and I was hoping to get some setup ideas from any of you that have done alot of it. I'm figuring to use 347 x 1/16 wire, 3/32 lanthanated and a gas lense. I think...

I can relate to the memories w/dad myself. In fact ours started at the dirt races at East Windsor and Flemington(NJ) way back in the 70's. He even drove them for a friend a few times, then go-carts for a while too. I really missed going to Flemington, awesome track. We saw Doug Wolfgang avg 140 there...

Nice looking ride. Its great when you can put a smile on a kids face. My son is 6 and he loves going to the track with us. He's been steering the car(on the winch) into the trailer since he was 3. Anyway, good luck and be safe.

Corey, love the sprints, even being a straight-liner myself. Anyway, here's my ride, recently destroyed when turning off the end of the track and hit by a car that lost his brakes. A new one is on the way soon.http://www.millerwelds.com/resources...tachmentid=162...

The money you spend for a day on an engine dyno is well spent if you are serious about racing. It will wind up costing you exponentially more to try and find a baseline tuneup trying to test at the track. Not only that, but a serious race engine needs time to seat the rings, which on the track takes...

Gotta be 1530 minimum(class is 4.5 lbs/c.i., wedge head motors only), usually cross the scales @ 1540 with me in it.

NHRA Comp Elim C/D, 6.87 @ 195 best. 340" chevy/buick with split dominators on gas, just shy of 900 HP on the pump.

I'm talking about strictly an engine dyno and associated room, etc. I know that 30-35 HP gains me about .08-.10 on the track.

I was not implying that someone go out and buy a dyno, which costs no where near a million dollars but probably more around 100k. I was saying that it would be cheaper and less of a hassle to go and "rent" engine dyno time by the day. I generally do this once a year at a cost of about $500...
