When fabricating my stands having short off-cut pieces that end up being too short for the next stand is inevitable.

So what to do with short off-cut pieces?

I'm building these jetski stands. 2" (1/8 wall) angle & square tubing, pneumatic casters which are ideal for travel over uneven surfaces & swivel hinged bunks which will conform to any hull design....

You'll notice a hole on the base piece (bottom left) I use this hole & bolt it down onto the floor in my work shop - works great.

The top & bottom pieces were part of the feet to one of our Carrier chillers. We were doing an install of 3 chillers on the USS Comfort a while back...

Thanks. My neighbor had the PVC special till he seen mine. Now it seems I'm welding together jetski stands ratger than actually riding. Lucky for me the winter is coming.
