thanks
Yep, It was a tiny piece of junk way back in the tip of the gun. This was the first time I had that happen. Thanks everybody for the help. I stay so busy that the little things go overlooked. Thanks again.

welding on 110
Well I put the 211 thru some tests on 110. It did well ,I did not have any
problems as long as I stayed under what would draw 20 amps.I could get it to trip on 1/4 plate and larger,But for 1/8 inch angle it was fine.I think its all about knowing where your limits...

Hi KillerBee,
I was welding with 220,Never tried it on 110. I have a subpanel with three
twist locks 1- for the 211,1-for the plasma, and 1- for the 200 dx. I leave
everything plugged in and just turn the brakers on and off . This way I don't
wear out my switches,plus...

not sure what happens but they are not happy so I had to change to a pure
sinewave inverter. Now all is well if the truck is running...Last edited by Kenny Brutcher; 11-27-2009, 10:33 PM.

Yes to the 211.SSJ is right on, the more welder you get the more you can do.
The spoolgun is the stuff.I got 211 and spoolgun and love it.Not real pricey
for what it is.I went from a 172 to a 211 and was a needed upgrade.I have never used the 110 option but its there for small jobs.Besides...

Thanks for all the replys,I think that I will go with air fittings as I never leave the tank on any way.Alwayse moving them any way.I think it would be cool
if Miller put a fitting that would just let you push the hose right into it,like
a o ring fitting that all you have to do is push...
