I would try to keep the work bench detached from the building because the sparks from a cut-off saw or welding will damage the wall finish.

Don't know your location or where you plan to use it. In my area UTVs and mini dune buggys are not allowed on ATV trails or public land. Restrictions vary greatly from one location to another.
Rupp use to be a big manufacturer but I have only seen a few offroad gokarts at farm supply...

I have access to no cost used pipe so that is my material of choice. A problem with tubing of any sort is that the inside is almost impossible to protect so humidity tends to eventually rot it from the inside out especially horizontal members....

I made a basket to hold the pig in my sons roaster. It is made with 3/4"x .035 SS tubes left over from a heat exchanger build.
The motor is a 2 rpm Dayton gearmotor from Surplus Center $87.00....

Those would work. They can also be had at auto salvage yards.
One thing to keep in mine is to have rims that match the hubs.
Trailer rims usually have no offset while front wheel drive rims have as much as 3" offset. Using the wrong rims can cause premature bearing failure...

The hubs on the Uhaul dolly appear similar to the bolt-on hubs for rear axles of front wheel drive cars. They can be purchased at most auto parts stores.
