Hello Hawk thanks for your response. I do have it at the right setting and I only have the stick plugged in but nothing happens. Is there a way to reset the unit? I'm thinking that maybe I entered the wrong trigger methods. Is this possible?

Thanks Hawk for the help. I've just done that but the stick doesn't work. I've hooked it up to a 30amp 220 service and when I touch the workpiece nothing happens,the ready light starts to flash.The tig does work,it has lift arc start but when I lift it off the workpiece...

My question.Is there an adaptive cord for this unit. It came with a European plug and I can't find a receptacle with the same configuration in a 20-30 amp 220-250 volt rating.
