seen it here before tig rod pen feeders? hands so big and with gloves can't seem to get the rod and feeding with fingers any help would be great

have you checked the voltage out put going to the solenoid? had the same problem and found that the chain linkage was to tight so loosened it up all the way out then readjusted for high rpms

don't let these smart remarks stop you from posting!!!! by the way if they had descent or know how to use a computer they would know how to enlarge a pic nothing wrong with your welder it's what suit's you and pleases you and what you use it for. welds look good like the helping hands

air gas was 97.00 for a #1 (minimum 12#) went to a shop and a great guy gave me 2 stick's

yea a guy brought it 3 bb size holes at out put shaft side in the locking notch's said chevy would not honor the fix. yeah has to be out to fix to clean oil out heated it with a small propane torch and wire brushed it clean welded good

need a little info. on welding magnesium. got a transfer case with pin holes it's magnesium thanks for any info.

I don't think is was to turn gas on and off for the day. looks as it to take place for when you are welding in stead of turning a hand valve on and off on the tig handle to reposition your part or reaching for another tig rod makes since to me. I LIKE THE IDEA now that would save gas. oops sorry seen...
