Hello all,
I'm planning on building ramps for my 16 ft pipe utility trailer. I want each ramp to be at least 2ton capable. Does anyone have specs and or pictures of theirs? I want to make each ramp 2ft wide. I'm thinking 3/16" 3X3 angle on the sides and 2X2X 3/16 braces every 6-8"?...

apply heat on table top to undo the weld warp
couldn't you heat up the table top with a torch to undo the warp you have on your table top? BTW, it's looking excellent. Also, I think if you weld opposite sides and keep your welds small, you can minimize warpage.

Bobcat options

cable
search for coppercableman on ebay. I bought 250 ft of 1/0 from them about a year ago. The customer service is excellent. I ended up getting a few feet less than 250 ft, and when they realized their mistake, they sent me an extra 100 ft for free, now that's customer service!!
