duane,so it's better to put in a new battery rather than jump it with a charger?

Your breaker should be at least 30a on #10 wire and I would upgrade your 100 amp box to 200 as it sounds like you are a little underpowered here.

Been awhile since I've posted here,but what is the max gun length that my millermatic can take? Mine has the 15' gun and is it possible to have like a 50' or longer length?

Took off the old 22-18 female disconnect as it was bad,went to lowes and got some replacement ones,back in business. I'm still going to buy a replacement gun just in case it's needed.
