I found it in the parts manual. It's listed as 10 amp, Would there be any problem replacing it with a fuse? Where I live no one will have a breaker like that.

Checked voltage on A and K and A and G. Nothing there. Tried the breaker and it appears that it won't reset even with the machine not running, can feel it try to click but it wont catch, so now try to find a breaker or replace with a fuse. Eyes not as good as they used to be but I believe it is a 10...

TB 302 and 30A spool gun problems
Went to use my spool gun today and its completely dead, used it about a week ago and everything was fine. Just wondered if anyone could tell me what to trouble shoot first, it's connected to my TB 302 through the WC 24 controller. Everything else on the welder works like it's supposed to but nothing...

Also, if it has the solenoid that screws into the base of the carb, "shuts the fuel down so the eng. won't diesel when you shut it off" make sure the rubber plunger on the end of it hasn't come lose and partially shutting the fuel off.
Had this happen on my Trailblazer.

Trailblazer 302 problem
Help! Was welding this evening going fine, put in another rod and ran about I" of weld stopped and welder wouldn't idle down, switch position made no change, the display was dark also, shut it down and restarted it and all appeared fine tried my grinder and it came up to high and then dropped to...

Same here I love mine and was going to replace it a couple of years back just because it is getting high in hours and would have liked to be back in warranty again but not now, just have to take good care of her and hope she lasts....

Yes same here. Someone needs to remind them of the old saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it". Before all of the updates and redesigns it was good but some just don't learn. Kinda like dropping the Trailblazer 302, I have one and was going to replace it a year ago just because it was getting...

This was probably done by the same engineer that decided when they brought out the TB 325 that the AC capability was no longer needed.
