I used a piece of copper spring loaded on the main shaft like a motor brush. I soldered a battery cable into the copper block. You can just see it in the 1st pick....

Google tube miter. It's a program for your pc. You enter the pipe size info and it prints a line on the paper. Cut it out and wrap it on the pipe, lay ot out and cut it. It worked pretty good for me. If i did a lot of it i would look into a pipe master set. They are nice.

I have the dynasty 300 and I know you can set the start parameters. I would guess you can in the 200 also. If so try setting the starting voltage lower than your welding amperage. I had to do that for some thin SS.

Blow it out with compressed air. I had a little piece of grit stoch between the fan blade and the case. It was just enough to bind the fan.

Thermal Dynamics. I had 2 and didn't have a problem. I sold the cutmaster 51 for the Pac Master 100 xl. Maybe look into ThermaDyne, I hear they are even better. I was told not to get the miller at the time of purchase by the LWS that sold me all my Miller stuff.

I made this one for me and it works good. It's a dc motor with a 300 to 1 gear box. The max rpm is 6 and it's a little fast for big diameters. The motor and gear box are ebay stuff.

As you can see I use it for other things. I had to roll 1/4 x 1 hast x. I did 1 by hand and figured there...
