Hi there! Out here in the pucker brush we charge 37.50 plus materials/ shop rate( wire, gas, so on). On the road I charge, 50. plus materials, no travel time charged. But 1 hour min. Unless over 10 miles away one way. shop is always busy. And my truck is rolling on average. 10 hrs. a week. Doing ok...

1/4" is not even a strain for that combo unit, if your not careful you will blow through 1/4". Clean with a dedicated ss brush and have fun !!!!!!! PS, I weld aluminum almost every day with that same set up.
