i'm running 30a with a WC-24. had no problems running it off my TB 302. but today I needed to run it off my TB325. I thought it should have been set to wire cv remote on - off. but I had no arc. I had to run it set to wire cv output on.
my pin configure is A B N at WC-24 lead. should it be pined...

you want the electrode negative. so - to suitcase + to work piece. it will wweld the other way but not smooth.

I run my 211 endlessly. I've never seen a machine so perfect with the presets. if your burning though 3/16 then I would say you have something set wrong for the wire your using.

I had my 211 set up doing SS and it was spaying. then I gave it just a little more wire. welds came out awesome . and it was a 1/8 tank no warping.

I weld moments all day and have the same thing some times. its comes down to contaminates, (paint, dirt, anything, even if it looks clean and ground. moister rust,) try holding your rod at a diffent angle and a deeper puddle

I had a problem running my suitcase with my TB325 after running it on my TB302 the day before. called miller and got some unbelievable good info from the guys at miller. so if you have a new 250 the way your leads are coiled may be your problem.
