buss bar material
Does anyone know where I can find some 6101-T61 aluminum in .105" thick. I need to make some buss bars and this is the material required. All my local suppliers look at me like I have a third eye or something!
Thanks Rob

Thanks guys, your recommendation played a major part in the decision making process. I should have it in about two week according to Ellis.
Thanks again for the input.

Irambersom, I just ordered the same duo as you. How do you like the belt sander? Have you had time to put it through the paces? Those folks at Ellis are very accomodating. I do not do this for a living but I do appreciate good equipment.

No problem, viewing. I believe some diluted phosphoric acid will do the same. Check the ingredients Hawk and let us know.

I have had a mm135, mm175, skipped the mm210 and now own a mm251 set up with solid wire, 75/25 for steel and a mm350p, 100% Ar, for aluminum. I think the 251 is a great machine and I have never had any trouble what so ever. The arc is definitely softer than the 350 but no complaints at all.
