FCAW-G with MillerMatic 350P
Got a brand new MillerMatic 350P and cannot find any programs for FCAW-Gas on the machine or in the owners manual. Using 0.045" E71T1 with 75/25 Ar/CO2. Any guidelines on setting this up would be greatly appreciated

Both machines are wrong.
If you want to get on a pipeline or associated work, you really should have a Lincoln SA200. Anything less is like trying to enter the Indy 500 with a Yugo. Pipelining is a very tradition oriented business. That's just the way it is!

Do not "ball"
Use a Lanthanum tungsten. The red is Thoriated and will "spit" tungsten into the puddle. Sharpen the tungsten and then flatten it to about 1/3 of it's original diameter. This should give a more concentrated arc cone and thus smaller bead. Clean...

17-4 to 4130
To answer simply, I would GTAW with the "generic" carbon to stainless all purpose 309 filler wire.
4130 is one of the more user friendly chromolly steels. It is used in mountain bicycle frames for its toughness, shock absorbent properties and has a low enough...

As some others have mentioned, that the true "weakest links" of this retrofit are the axles, suspension and tongue.
In my experience, some jobs are just better off being built from the ground up as it were. I am reminded of a time when a fellow brought in a worn out shovel into my shop...

You mentioned having it X-rated??? If you can afford to X-ray, then you can afford a new custom built frame by a professional trailer mfg.
Which brings me to this comment.
You are accepting a very serious public safety liability by doing this. Would you want to be following someone with...

Green
The color green is "usually" associated with copper oxides. Also, the deoxidizers used in the "hard wire" might be reacting with the FCAW flux chemistry. Maybe a bit of silicon (added to GMAW wire for a deoxidizer and to assist in drawing of the wire) and copper...

Hmmmmm.....
"Have fell short in allowing design and logistics time involved."
This is the BIG problem when bidding a job from "Bar Napkin Blueprints".
If you are going to be a respectable business, then one must charge an appropriate fee for any and ALL services....

Simple project estimate
Unless there are specialised equipment and consumables involved, I use the rule of "3". When looking at what Framing Carpenters charge by the square foot to just do the basic framing, this rule of 3 is pretty much on par.
Say that you are making...

Bronze
From what you've described, it should make xlnt bearing/bushing material. With out actually seeing this, it sounds like the stuff we would get in the coal mine I used to work in. We had all different sizes of this round stock to custom make various bushings for antiquated and out...

Disposeable tools
My personal take on HF is they are fine if you buy their "Profesional" grade hand tools. Sockets, screwdrivers, scrolling benders, hammers, anvils, etc. I have had bad luck or should I say, "got what I paid for" in their motor driven devices.

Twist Prongs???!!!
A pox on thee for even thinking such foolishness. Besides, with just a couple of pig tail adapters, you can take it anywhere.
