For sale
Well folks, 7 years ago I had viral meningitis, only months before I bought enough machinery to begin a welding shop. I’ve held out hope I would recover and I have not. I have full time migraines that have put me on disability! Therefore I am finally making the decision to sell my equipment.

I feel lost
Hello from one of the long lost old timers from the beginning of the Miller forums! 6 years ago I developed viral meningitis and began a downhill spiral where I lost a lot of my memory. Some things are vaguely familiar but others not so much, anyway I have a brand new Dynasty 200 DX that is 6 years...

I have a 1/2" plate with a notch for the bit to fit through and it will clamp to a work piece with C clamps and do just fine. Also I have made a cut down Beam for using the mag drill as a drill press and it makes it a handy mobile drill press.
The mag drill is one of the simpliest...

I use a mag drill when ever heavy is in the equation. I have drilled 3' holes in 2" thick material and hated it but the finish was nice. I use a water misable drill coolant or if out of position then I use Tap Heavy tapping oil its sticky and lubes well and sticks to the drill bit.

Try these guys, https://www.surpluscenter.com/
They have all kinds of drive axles, maybe a set of hubs and a stick of hardened rod from the bearing supply would be better, I do not know for your skills which is better.
Peace,
Paul

Look at my avitar it is a painted speedglas. I used a spray from the automotive paint store called adhesion promoter, then covered with the colors from either testors {model paint** with about 10 coats of testors clear. After 5 years still holds up fairly well. I used a cheap airbrush to deliver the...

Call the miller tech line, ask for tig support for commercial equipment. The guys there are awesome. Less opinion and more factual knowledge, they knopw these machines inside and out.
Peace,
Paul

depending on how thin the material is I have even used .040 tungsten, sharpened to a fine point.

Not on a welding machine but on a genset, I used the 10 hour 1st oil change and then 50 hrs from there on. Since you cannot really predict the on demand duration it is really just do an early and consistant job of maintainence for a long life. I am a bit neurotic on the maintainence on machinery, so...

Nice setup, have you ever done tig off that machine? I have one and built a stand alone gas valve with a remote to do tig, nice capability if the need ever comes around.
I mostly use my D200DX but having 2 could be handy at any time!
Very nice cart, too

Miller has a new model that would fall into that catagory, the Wildcat makes the power your looking for and a significantly less cost as well as being lighter weight.
If 3 phase is desirable, the bobcat 3 phase, is the machine to choose, like HAWK said.
Peace,
