Do you have the control voltage? Most likeky 24 VDC. Check between the relay coil contacts and ground.

The HF can be set for anywhere that gives you reliable ard starts. HF can cause interference with other electronic devices in the area. If it does you can turn it down till that problem is eliminated as long as your arc starts are good. IE if the wife is complaining Your messing up up her ability...

For siver soldering you will need a tight fit up. Ther does need to be a few thou clearance so the solder can wick into the joint. Punch marks work well to allow for this. You will also need the proper flux. If you have never hard soldered before it would be wise to practice on some scrap first....

I can't think of any. Seamless comes from the DOM ( drawn over mandrel ) as opposed to the normal rolled pipe. If you need one tube to fit inside the other that another specialized product. The dimensions are different than standard pipe.

I second the muratic acid. Spray it on then wash with clean water. Works great in the good ole summertime. Just be quick in getting the water dried off so you dont get a lot of rust.

Hank I've got a 172. The only way I would put a spool gun on it would be to find the controller used for so cheap a price people would say I stole it. Upgrade is the way to go.
