first tig project
Have almost finished my first tig project, a motorcycle battery box. It is made from 308 stainless steel. My welds are not the best but I think they will hold. Would like feed back positive or negative.

valve for pattern torch
Getting close to finishing a cutting table for a pattern torch.I try to stay ahead on the parts so there is not too much time waiting. I would like to add a valve that is operated by a solenoid in the oxygen line for the burn. Does anyone know where a valve like this can be found?

I guess one thing that would make it dangrous is the temperature that is required, 850-1050 (solution) for cast and extruded pieces, 250-350 (percipation) 300-600 (annealing). Quenching would be another. Without the proper proctective gear and equiptment this should not be tried.

maxstar 150 110/220
I have a new Maxstar 150stl and in the instruction manual it indicates it will run on 110 or 220. My question is, are there any changes to the machine that have to be made or do I just plug into 110 or 220? I am sure I saw a thread on this but can't find it.
