Just did some checking,I have 0 volts on any pin in plug rc4...

Will check that out this evening. Thank you. I did remove the switch yesterday and cleaned and checked it. All contacts are clean with no evidence of shorts. Put it back in and still the same results....

If I put the switch in dcen it gives me the hlp 11 I haven’t tried ac stick yet. Only tig. And it will ball a perfect tungsten on dcep. I’ll probably pull the switch this weekend....

They look ok, i didn’t really get in there and see them up close. They appear to have some type of antioxidant or lube on them. That was my next plan to start removing stuff to get a better view. The voltage readings didn’t change on the hall switch no matter if I switched from ac to dc or turned...

Does it have the idle lockout switch? Some straight dc Miller legends were made to be a 10000watt generator at idle. They are a very sought after machine....

Syncrowave 350LX maxed out amperage
I have a 350LX that goes full amperage the instant it strikes an arc on the A/C mode. Will ball a tungsten perfectly and stick weld perfectly on the DC+ mode. In DC- it shows code hlp-11 I know that means the output selector switch is in the wrong position when it’s in the correct position. Any help...
