Nope, nothing working. Looks like I need to load it on a trailer and take it to my local welding store. I left a message on the Miller Tech Help page a week or so ago, outlining my problem, but of course no reply.

Thanks, I'll try that today. I'm still not sure why following the priming instructions to the tee doesn't do a thing as pressing the process control switch immediately switches it over to stick (which it would normally do) and continuing to press it does nothing. But I'll try jumping the pressure switch....
