Miller dynasty 200 has no weld output machine turns on and can toggle through all settings ? Anyone have any idea ? Ac Dc , lift arc , high frequency, stick …. Nothing no arc

Thank you MAC702 unfortunately manual is not helpful in this situation, not new to this btw , need someone who is familiar with this code after power is shut down MANUALLY.

Anyone know what HEL p-6 means on maxstar 700? Shows up AFTER powering down MANUALLY.
