  • Not knowing exactly what your doing.................But here is something I do for holes that I know will take a beating while not sacrificing much additional weight.............These are off road axle link brackets......the base material is .250 mild steel.....I add these cheek plates over the area...

  • Humm...........Who said you can't cut accurate Compound miters on a chop saw?..........Do it all the time with +/- a few tenths of a degree accuracy ........you just have to be smarter than the saw.........

    Change the gas...........doesn't last forever........Argon by itself will also loose it's effectiveness if it's old and the tank pressure is low...I never run them dry....

    I check my statement monthly.......if your doing business with an accredited bank on your card..........they will sometimes catch an issue before I do......in either case...a Legitimate bank will fix that on the spot........or will investigate it while telling you not to make the errant or disputed...
