Definitely post a puc of the rollers. I thought they were the same as the MM200, which is the same as the rest of the larger Miller stuff.

Number one, start your own thread, you have a totally different welder.
number two, call Miller tech support and have them walk you through trouble shooting your welder. Have the tin off and a multimeter handy.

Most likely scenario for the tensioner issue is that the gun liner is kinked or full of dirt and the wire kept slipping. A new liner and contact tip would easily remedy that.
For the selector switch, do you have the original knob? I think it would be fairly easy to drill down the center of the...

Dragged a welder home
My father is getting up in years. I was over there the other day and loaded up my MM185 and TD Cutmaster 51. These were equipment that I had left over there for him to use over 10 years ago. I think they have been used once in that time. So I brought them back into the fold. I am enclosing one side...1 Photo

Just buy the right hunk of steel and skip both steps. Or use either 7018, which will work harden, or hardface rod, no need to use 7018 first, then hardface.
