Loading Dock Risers

I have been tasked with building loading dock risers. (ramp). The specs I have been given are.
Light enough to be moved by one man
Strong enough to hold 3 ton vehicle + load
portable
one unit (not two wheel ramps)

Does anyone have an idea or plans that they could share?

HI rob what kind of materials are you go to use for the project . Steel or aluminm and do you have move on unever ground our flat ground

is this the dock riser's they use for forklift's to be picked up and moved where needed. Aluminum I believe is what that is.
