  • Gauge confusion

    Hi all,
I had a gauge that measured CFH which broke. The guy at the welding shop sold me a gauge that measures L/min. I found the conversion rate to be 2.2 or something, which is fine.

But then I noticed that the lowest L/min mark on the gauge was 5, which is around 10cfh. Anything below that, I won't know what the flowrate is...I can't afford a floating ball setup. Should I return this gauge?

    Thanks

If it were me I would take it back and get a " floating ball guage" (flowmeter) from HTP for about $45, I have one on my tig setup and seems to be of good quality.
    Regards, George
