It can lift about 1500 pounds.the trailer itself weighs in at 3440.the most of the work I do is for local farmers & on alum grain trailers.thank you for taking the time to look at my projects.

              Terry,
HOW did you make that slide out compartment? The pic was too small on my computer to see what you were wrapping the leads around. Tubing? Welded to the trailer floor with the machine in the middle? Trailer AND setup is AWSOME!!!!!!! Something for us newbie trailer maker wannabees to look up to!!!

the drawer is made with 1 1/4 angleiron and is welded down 6 inches from the frameand it is 3 ft wide and 6 ft long.we didnt put rollers on it so it slides on the angle frame.i put bar soap on it and it slides real easy the lead holders are made with 1 1/8 square tubing with 1 inch welded to the floor so we can take the leads off and they will stay on the holders.we have a table that is 24 x 24 thats sets on the railing anywhere on the trailer for a 6 x 10 trailer we have everything we need on it.good luck with your trailers.feel free to contact me for any questions you might have

                      Terry

Thanks so much for explaining that. Question: "Bar soap to slide the drawer."
Do you think "Irish Spring" would be better than "Dove" since it's got the green and white stripe??? Sorry, Couldn't resist, 1st time I heard using soap!!! Why don't you use grease? You wouldn't get your hands dirty, since it's underneath, right?
                      thanks,
