I forget the details but this is another urban legend, scam, pseudo science, sucker magnet, etc. The whole "burning water" scam has been around the block many times in different clothing. I guess it's returned for the next generation of the gullible. If you talk to anyone who's pitching this, be sure to hold on to you wallet.
All they are talking about is Hydrogen
You apply DC current to Water and you get Hydrogen at one end and Oxygen at the other.
I do like how they use alternate words to make it sound like something out of the ordinary
"Aquygenâ„¢ is made up of oxygen and hydrogen combined in a structure only beginning to be described in scientific literature. We have described it chemically as HHO"
HH0 = H2O
