Case loader heater core housing

Heater core was leaking a long time and when they pulled it apart the housing was pretty rotted. They were able to get all the parts except the bottom part of the housing. So I had to fabricate a new one by copying the old one.

Should of taken in between pics but here is the finished piece before paint. Several cut outs, holes, a few studs and some weld nuts. Making the box wasn't to bad it was all the hardware, holes, windows, etc. that really add time onto it.

Nice work! Those are the parts that the manufactures will charge you $1000 for if the equipment is old. I got an old KW dump truck and they wanted $1400 for the box and blower motor. I ended up making one myself as well.
