  • wheel repair and polishing table

    Customer had parts of an old one to use for reference but he wanted it bigger and out of aluminum. Needed to contain any dust from polishing and grinding on wheels. Filters added to catch the dust. Discharge was tied into the paint booth exhaust to draw air through the filters. Wheels are adjustable for different sizes and the rollers make it easy to spin. Shelf on bottom for storage.

    Here it is installed. Used a gate type valve to close off the discharge when the paint booth is being used.

        If you hadn’t said that thing was for polishing wheels, I would have died before I guessed it right. Looks cool though!
