Does he plan to be coming for the tenth Mongolian horde? Some serious cooking your customer is into. I like the fold down stacks, that's pretty smart.

The customer owns an engineering firm in Dallas and they like to show up on the job site and cook for all their sub-contractors from time to time. He cooked 66 briskets in less than 2 weeks as Christmas gifts to their clients! I would just like to have the coin they spent on those briskets!!
He also cooks in a lot of BBQ cook offs as well.

Well it looks like you did a nice job putting that thing together.
I'm about to demo a large smoker off a food trailer for the Mason's lodge here. Going to replace it with a propane flattop and grill. As much as they want a smoker that they never use, what they really need is just a grill and cook top for selling food at festivals and such to raise some money for their lodge.
Any idea what that trailer weighed when you got done?

Nice job. Looks well thought out. I like the temp gauges on each side.

Thanks, I think it came together well. The customer had the plan together, I just built it to his specs.

RyanJones, I went and weighed the trailer on a certified scale for registration. It weighed in at 4400 lbs with no firewood or coolers on it.
