Synchro wave 350

My welder shuts off after burning only two 3/32 welding rods. My breaker is a double 20 and it trips. The welder is supposed to work on 200/230/460 vac. Need advice

They are going to want your serial # so they can look up the correct manual and they are going to want to know what voltage you are connecting to. Off the top of my head I would say you are way under wired. IIRC That machine on 220v is recommended around 100 amp or more breaker and wiring.
