summer is here, plant a tree. if you don't have space or time to plant one sponsor some one else to plant one for you. a tree is an investment in our planet, help it out.

You might be a welder if you have been known to wear sunglasses at night

You might be a welder when you are in stlye because you have so many pacths and holes in your pants

when you uses the fire hose more than the local fire dept.

                  Heavy

Have notice how heavy a small piece of metal becomes when it is welded?
                  It's pretty heavy.

If you fuss because your wife cooked all the potatoes for dinner and you were saving them for your eyes, you might be a welder!

You've ever let some gas out and had the crotch of your pants flash up while welding with 6010.

You check the miller website even while on vacation............

You were distracted all during lunch because of the absolutely horrible welding on your restaurant table (a Chilis north of Atlanta).

RaceBronco you have hit the nail on the head!!!

I wish I had become interested in welding long ago as now I can spend many happy hours at the mall checking out hand rail welds, roof truss connections and even (I never thought I'd say it) trying to decide if the welds on the clothing racks in the various womens' are Tig'ed or Mig'ed!

                              Here's another one:

Somebody asks you to borrow your BOBCAT and you drop off a big blue box, not the skid-steer.....(they weren't amused, but I got my point across....it's a Caterpillar!)

Last week I asked one of the guys to take the "BOBCAT" ( as in Miller of course) down to our well testing guy so that he could use it to run a submersible well pump. So an hour later what do I see but our Case 1845 siiting by the well with a long extension cord neatly sitting in the bucket!!!

i think we all tend to creteak the welds we see.
