Boy, I sure wish someone would have let me know I was on fire. Didn't notice till I smelt burning coveralls through my respirator and felt my front side (below the belt) getting warm. How do people not notice this.

You only have one good left glove but have 20 right gloves.

You figure you can make that one tack without your hood but you still bump your head forward to bring down that imaginary hood.

You truly love the sound a chipping hammer makes when it slides alongside a nice weld.

You can't wait to finish the weld so you can see the slag curl up.

You don't stop welding when that slag finds its way into your shoe, instead you shake your foot in hopes of getting it to the toe of your shoe.
