Smoker parts

I've got a big ole piece of pipe out back that needs to become a smoker. I want to find a good set of hinges. The last hinges I used were made by a company that is no longer in business. I would use laser or plasma cut hinges. I like the style in the picture below. I need at least 2 hinges but probably 3. The door will be about 42" long and it is sch20 24" pipe. While I'm at it I might as well get a smoke stack cover cut and a firebox door damper.

May be a couple of large flat washers properly cut and drilled could do the job ?

Decided to have a local shop cnc the parts for me. Going to do the firebox and end caps while I'm at it. Should make my life a bit easier.
