Hello folks I need help , I made a fire pit out of 1/4 " plate 3 sides with expanded metal one is solid a 8 " stack I would like to add glass to the open sides to control heat better any ideas?

The pyroceram should be mounted or attached loosely so it can expand and contract with temp changes without breaking.
