    Found these pics in my file. The guy ran the machine with the rear wheel loose for a while & opened up the lug holes pretty good. Rather than weld them up & redrill or weld & die grind I opted to just make a new center pc. & weld it in.Click image for larger version

    That was not an easy job to get all the spacing right so my hats off too yaaa.

    I used my self leveling/balancing/centering welding wire to make sure it is good.


    I tacked a plate across the center hole, measured in from different spots on the rim to find the center. Center punched it & used my circle cutter on the plasma. Laid out the new center, cut the id/od with the circle cutter, punched holes & welded it in.
