I think most of you have seen the Grand Marquis on 44" tires

Here's the pic's of a guy that was looking for a job, said he had something like twenty years of experience building trailers. Well here's his test welds. These were 6011 and 6013 rods.

After watching the welding video posted by welderman23, I got an idea for a worst of the worst thread. Maybe if it takes off we could make it a sticky?

This thread will be nothing more than a what not to do kinda post. I'll start off with several of the fine items that have shown up at my door in the past or a few others that I have seen.
