we were but the matereal is expensive. we had a suplyer for a wile getting us carhearrt fabric. no way to make the cover profitable and still afordable without that fabric conection.
we have still made a few TA-185 covers as we still have a little bit of the black fabric left.
probley our best seller was the MM210/250 actualy. but without a decent suply of quality blue fabric we are out of the Miller cover buisness.
we were getting fabric at holesale prices in 100 yard amounts, noit easy to do.

The meterial is expensive to make those covers. I checked on it. Glad you liked the cart. After I punch in my 50-60 hours a week I use up all my extra time doing things like this cart

Anyone who has purchased a Miller cover for the DX200 will already know that you can't use the cover with the lines and cables hooked up to the machine making the cover only good for transporting the unit. Well I wanted to use the cover with all the gear still attached to try and keep the dust off the welder so I asked my wife to modify the cover so it would slide on over with all the lines and cables attached so that's what she did. Now the cover is much more functional in my opinion. Maybe Miller should look at this simple modification.

Glad you put that spare wheel in! Saw that expansion joint on your floor, so the spare is handy if you get a flat!!!

Thanks Bert. Glad you like the cart. The tank sock was made to cover up the ugly tank. First I tried to go with a carbon fiber look but the material was over $30. a yard and I would have needed two yards to do two tanks so I said no to that idea and went on over to Wal-Mart. I bet I looked like some kind of nut case going around feeling the material but hey, I got no pride and after all this was for my Crazy Cart.

Anyway as I was looking around I came across the blue material as seen in the picture. It's like the long john's material and got the same feel to it and it stretches the same as well. When I asked the lady working there how much for a yard of it she replied "$2.49". I knew it was close to the Miller color so that's how I found the stuff. Gee I even got some left over so I might end up with Miller long john's yet Na I better not. I'd end up looking like a smurf

As for the compartment on the top. Well I had the extra space so I wanted to us it for something so now I use it to store my gloves in. The cart was never meant to turn out like it did it's just as I got into it I started coming up with different ideas. Might be the medication Thanks again. Paul

Well I finally got my Coolmate 3 hooked up to the Dynasty. Took some doing to get it all together but remember, I live on an island. My supplier kept seding me the wrong hook up stuff. Now that it's done it makes a Hugh difference now when using the thing. The torch stays cool and that's perfect. You'll notice that the Argon tank is removed in the last picture. I removed it to place back on my MM251 for the spool gun but when designing the Crazy Cart I allowed for the removal of the tank and made the spare tire so that it could move up on the back to cover the hole in the back of cart when the tank was removed. I'm really impressed with that Coolmate 3.
