Just wanted to share todas project of rebuilding a broke & twisted blade for a tractor used to push snow. No. 1- 4 are the twisted mess. No. 5 is all parts cut off & ground clean.No.6 is 2 x 6 x 3/16 rect. tube replacing the U formed channel. No. 7 Some serios gussets. No. 8 Closeup of gusset.No.9 is capping the rect. tube to keep out dirt & snow.No. 10 Finished project & ready to work again.

Nice job on the repair. What in the world did he hit to bust it up like that or was it done by multiple hits over time. If there is a next time, I think I would trash it and just build a new frame. Im just curious too as to what size tractor or loader that fits on and what size moldboard he is using ?Ken

Multiple hits for sure. Of coarse these thins get used for dirt & rocks. 9 ft. moldboard ahead of this one. Most of these units were made for 80- 100 hp. tractors & of course now the make it fir 140 - 160 hp. & don't whoa up on the throttle.252 Miller Mig
