  • Soft Metal tube bending

I am looking for suggestions on a tube bender. I an looking to be bend small Aluminun or Chromoly tubes and need advice. Ranging from 2" to .5" OD thin walled. I only need to bend the tubes 10~45 degrees.

I will not be doing this in Mass quantities. But, I would like a good quality tool/kit that is reasonable in cost and does a good job while minimizing scrap.

    Thanks in advance!

Thats a bunch of dies to buy for that range of tube. Too bad you don't have lathe then you can make what you need since they are so pricey. You can even use a cheap 49 dollar HF bender frame with some good radius dies to suit both your radius and tube dia...Bob

I think everything I am going to need to bend will be 1" to 3/4". But, I am not sure. These are going to be small bends....20 degree max.
