More Dirt Bike Chassis Repairs

This was a chain roller guide.
When the nylon roller wears down no one seems to replace them and the end result is the roller guide gets ground down.
A few hours later in the workshop a whole new bracket and roller guide ready to weld on the frame.

I bet this repair is going to cost more than just routine maintenance. Plus the dude has to get the nylon roller too.

Yep
The nylon roller only costs $5.00.
I will never get it.

I have the OEM roller but may lathe a custom one just to finish the repair with a little extra bling.

So I could line the new bracket up in the right spot I made a very basic jig.
This should also hold the bracket while I weld it onto the frame.
