    Miller/Esab??

We have a syncro 200 and a Maxstar 350 from miller and a Heliarc 352 from Esab. I do very, very little tig and rely on 2 of my guys that are really exception tig welders. We needed to up our A/C tig output and looked at the dynasty's at first and ended up with the Esab. I hope I didn't offend my blue brothers but the Esab is just a better machine in this department. Check it out, keep your doors open to other products.

    Good luck,

By the time you get done rigging your Heliarc 352 with a torch, cooler, pedal, work clamps, running gear etc. you into it for about 7 big ones. I don't know how much the Dynasty was but it seemed to me it was around 6 big ones with everything and not much difference in price from the Esab. I leave it to my guys who know more about tig gear than me to make the decision but again and from what I can remember the Esab has more huevos and from what my guys tell me has a much more stable arc in all modes.
