I have my methods but it seems to always requires too much elbow grease along with a good bit of elbow bending

we use a buff and Autosol http://www.autosol.com/ to do all polishing
and if were lucky we and suck the apperentice in too doing
we our our milling blades at the local tool shop squig cost about $98 AUD or $70 USDComment
