I thought that was for the industrial welders only? They did the swap for free on your MM175? Which gun did you get? All the options on their guns make it hard to choose.

        Thanks

                To clarify...
As part of the integration of Bernard guns with select Miller products, Bernard introduced the “Choose Your Weapon” Gun Exchange Program to ensure complete satisfaction. If your Miller industrial feeder or MIG system came bundled with a Bernard Q-Gun and it does not fit your needs or application, Bernard will exchange the MIG gun - at no additional cost - for any other configurable, air-cooled Bernard MIG welding gun.

To find configuration options for a replacement gun, call Bernard customer service at 1-800-946-2281 (US) / 708-946-2281 (outside of US), use their online CustomSelect Ordering System, or the Q-Gun user guide.

I sure hope that 20 ft length doesn t end up burning up the little feeder motor on your MM 175.

                    I'm confused?!!

I'm confused because from what I've read and after talking to Heidi over at Bernard.."mikemcc" Should not have gotten a Bernard gun exchange unless he ordered his MM175 with a Bernard gun from the start. if he had the standard miller gun that normally comes on a MM175 he wouldn't be eligible for a Bernard gun. Anyone else have any information on this..Administrator?
                    Mike can you explain more?
                    Regards, Farris

I purchased the roughneck gun from Ebay for $180 shipped to my door with with 25 tips and 2 nozzles. Might want to look at them as well just another option to consider.

You can buy Bernard guns (15 ft.)from Airgas dealers in this area for $150.00 and that's the Q gun with the easy change tips..i bought one a few months ago.
