Anyone know of any way to adjust the gas post flow on a miller 180 SD? I know there's no external adjustment, but maybe a potentiometer on one of the boards on the inside or something???? I've been going through alot of gas while tacking runs of parts before welding them.

That model and proceedure appear to be for a newer welder then mine. I'm not exactly sure what year mine is, but the model shown in the manual posted has a digital read out which mine does not. The method of adjusting the post flow utilizes the readout, so I wouldn't be able to do the same on my machine. Thanks for replying though.
