Picture 64 requires some explanation: The 180 degree bend on the left was made on the bender around a 3/8 pin. The bend on the right was made in my press brake (also in the Idea Gallery). Notice that the bend is much sharper as opposed to the radius on the left bend. The arc bend was made in the red die. Not shown would be a fixture on the machine to limit the amount of pull of the die, depending on the radius you are trying to aquire.
