The first thing that popped into my head was this:

Use your existing welder to weld up a better welder. But this may cause some sort of universe paradox.

the snarky answer would be "make things that people around you
want to buy or fix things that they have that are broken"

i have a mm140 (basically, the same as your hh140)
and have made a bunch of useful/intersting things
which, if i was inclined to, i suppose i could find some market for...

fire wood racks, a place to
put the recycling bins, a display stand,
a mounting frame for our house's street numbers
a table base (this was neat, my stepson found
a dining room table put out for the garbage -- the
base was shot but the top was in good shape.... so
i fab'd a metal base, he refinished the top).
a stand for my computer printers.
nameplates (were very cool xmas gifts)

i've also fixed some broken "wrought iron" decorative
    doodads from various neighbors.

whether i could buy the materials and make this kind of stuff
and sell it "at a profit" is not clear .... probably not (even if
"profit" is "cost of materials plus a bit extra to save up for
    bigger/better tools")

Buy a Dynasty 200DX....that will cover what you cannot do now...tig and stick, plus do aluminum.
If you decide later you can sell it for a bunch still. You seldom find these machines used. Mainly because they are what works the best And the most fun welder ever made yet!!!
Not cheap but you never said price.

Looking at your equipt., I am guessing that you are 110 volts "just for fun" welding.
You might start working on 208-220 power outlet in your work area first.
Then look at the 180 amp or bigger "spool gun ready" welders that are out there.
The red one is available in most home improvement stores and can be bought for 12 months zero interest at the Orange store for less than 800.00 dollars, and the spool gun can be purchaced on EBAY for 180.00 dollars free shipping.
The regulator looks like a cheap piece of junk but can be be upgraded at the LWS.
I am sure the blue one is probabally better but if you are looking at economics.... the red one is cheaper.
    Silly 2 cents.
